Terms of Use
Last updated: September 11, 2026
By using boisegarageepoxy.com, you agree to these terms.
Nature of the service
This website provides information about our epoxy garage floor coating services and a way to request a quote from Boise Garage Epoxy. Written scopes, warranties, and pricing for any job are confirmed in the quote and agreement we send you — not solely by website copy.
No professional advice
Content is general information only. It is not engineering or legal advice. Always review the written scope we provide for your project before work begins.
Quotes & communications
Submitting a form or calling constitutes a request to be contacted about your project so we can send you a quote. Quote availability and scheduling depend on capacity and project fit.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of accuracy, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law, except where a separate written warranty applies to contracted work.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use. Liability related to contracted flooring work is governed by the written agreement for that job.
Intellectual property
Site text and design are owned by the site operator unless otherwise noted. Do not scrape or republish content without permission.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page.
